During Uit in Huis, Kunstacademie Friesland presents inspiring drop-in workshops at the Fries Museum. The art academy is known for its broad and versatile range of courses and has developed a number of short workshops especially for this occasion, inspired by the exhibitions REDBAD and Beyond the Horizon. Take a seat at an easel in the museum hall or join us in the panorama room on the third floor, which offers a stunning view of the Leeuwarden skyline. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you will work with various drawing materials, such as charcoal. Let the exhibitions and the view inspire you as you create your own work.
The workshops are free to attend and open on a drop-in basis between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
